Today’s Job Advice
Be ready to answer this interview question:
What was the most frustrating or difficult experience you had in your last job and how did you deal with it?
Its a terrible question and there is no “right” answer, but interviewers ask it all the time. If you have an event in mind before the interview, you’ll have a better chance at coming out looking OK. Look for an event that you feel like you dealt with well.
