Technical writers with the Email Auto-Response (AR) Content team repurpose DSN content to make it suitable for AR. Read customer emails and classify them for training of the artificial intelligence engine. Analyze data from e-mail classification for use in training the artificial intelligence engine. Identify new or emerging customer issues and request appropriate DSN content through CRMS tool. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, and has internal and some external contacts.
