Today’s Job Advice

Fresh off my wife’s experience interviewing people for a new position. Four things her interviewees fell short on:

  • Dress professionally
  • Come with questions for the interviewer
  • Understand the position you are applying for
  • Bring a copy of your resume to your interview

Note: These were INTERNAL candidates and they still weren’t prepared.
