Today’s Job Advice
Interviewers often want to know about “difficult situations” with coworkers or supervisors you’ve had in the past and how you dealt with them. Try to think up two or three answers for this question, but if they ask it three or four times, get the hell out of there. The only companies that are that concerned about difficult situations are companies that already have a lot of them.

One of the key qualities job interviewers are looking for when they bring you in is energy. They need to sense that you both want the job and will be an excellent and energetic employee. This may not be your natural personality, but for the length of the interview, you need to present yourself with energy and enthusiasm.
