San Juan Unified School District is looking for freelance writers (preferably with graphic design/page layout abilities) to coordinate, write, and edit content for the District’s community newspaper. Published three times a year the San Juan Scene reaches more than 170,000 households in Sacramento, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Arden/Arcade, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, and Gold River. A skilled writer is being sought to research and write all content for the publication on a contract basis.
